3️⃣次蒸餾之後放入波本桶到傾左4年偈,傾L完再放落金花,頂級干邑白蘭地桶再傾多幾年,花香味、杏仁味,干邑桶帶比佢既豐富水果香味,出嚟既效果係幾咁配襯!唔係唔飲呀!一飲落口酒身輕盈,白花香,奶油香,杏仁味爆發,再有干邑桶帶出嚟嘅香甜生果味,好好味,媽呀!

《醉後無事 - 威士忌篇,好多院友問點解repost完啲威士忌 story ,都唔出post講下威士忌嘅?最主要原因係我好懶同有好多酒Post要還。咁今次就講下我既情意結,識得我耐既院友,都知我超鍾意飲金花白蘭地。今次講既係🇮🇪愛爾蘭3️⃣次蒸餾,再入波本桶至少4️⃣年,再入我既金花干邑桶既Lambay調和威仔!2️⃣次蒸餾你地飲得多,3️⃣次蒸餾你飲過未,你好想飲了吧》

最近出Post係慢左,盡情D9我吧!我承諾以後都係差唔L多時間🫡Wakakaka🤪。主要既成因有最近有啲忙,又經常醉,效率係會差少少🤏🏻

威士忌起源故仔又好多,我聽過人講係當年煉金術師發明。我即刻話唔X係呀!即係漫畫鋼之煉金術師愛德華艾力克兄弟,當年唔係為左想救佢老母,而係打開左真理之門學整威士忌呀!係唔係由煉金術師開始我就真係唔L知🤷🏻‍♂️,但係愛爾蘭🇮🇪係威士忌其中一個最早起源地我就知。

三次蒸餾既製作方法係我好想探究🔍既一門。到底三次蒸餾同平時既兩次蒸餾有咩分別呢?分別就係,蒸餾的次數令到佢原酒氣味的差別。

三次蒸餾因為多左次蒸餾過程,所以可以過濾掉過多酒中唔需要的氣味。咁就要睇下間蒸餾廠既手法同技巧喇,唔理酒廠風格點樣設定,三次蒸餾既原酒既設定,原意一定係比二次蒸餾的原酒乾淨,同埋製作成本更加貴!

咁你地話依家大部份都係玩二次蒸餾,咁即係無咁好呀?又唔係喎,年輕人你地真係太天真喇😏。科技同埋技術日新月異,佢地為左可以係兩次蒸餾都做到乾淨嘅效果,會有器材去完成啲個過程!

例如:Dalmore 廠會有water jacket 裝置、Talisker 廠會整自家回流管,五花八門都係得既!

咁即係邊樣好?無㗎,好似有人鍾意影相玩數碼,有人鍾意玩菲林一樣,無話邊樣好,講既係你自己想要個咩feel !不過我依家就大個仔喇,小朋友才做選擇,我!全!都!要!

不過我就唔飲晒喇🥲,我成日話一入酒門深似海,最緊要搵到你喜歡既風味同味道。威士忌大師講到幾好飲都未必啱你飲,我地都係一齊跌跌碰碰係酒海到成長,搵自己既喜好先係閒時微醉才是人生的前途!
