Yufudake Yuzushu using fresh citron (yuzu) from Oita Pref. It combines a generous volume of fresh citron juice with shochu to produce an incredibly juicy liqueur. The sweet and sour taste of citron has a clean aftertaste. It can be matched with a variety of dishes of strong taste. You may enjoy it either chilled, on the rocks or mix with soda water.
